Day Retreat: Women’s Day Retreat with Eve & Wild Spa

What to expect?

Join us for a fun day of learning, moving and connecting with the divine feminine energies in our beautiful space in the South Downs.

Eve Hardcastle will be hosting a Women's Circle workshop- offering space for women to unfurl, to share and connect, and explore some light breath work and movement.

A women's circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share their wisdom.

The circle will be followed by a light campfire-cooked brunch before an afternoon of relaxing in our wild spa area.

Enjoy natural clay mask and salt scrub treatments combined with sauna time, or even a dip in our outdoors bathtub!

Use the day as a chance to get into nature and meet some lovely like-minded women in this beautiful green space, just 20 minutes out of Brighton and accessible by public transport. (25 minute walk from Southease train station)

Group size is kept small and intimate with a max of 16. This day is open to all who identify as women. Solo adventurers very welcome, or join us with a friend or two.

“Mike and Laura have created such a sweet little hideaway spot nestled in the sussex countryside, the perfect medicine to disconnect from daily life and reconnect with community and self. Every little detail has been taken care of, very grateful to have spent a weekend with you.

House Keeping…

Luna Wilds is an off grid site with fairly 'back to nature' facilities! This includes compostable toilets.

We will provide natural shower and bathing products as our drainage system requires no chemicals.

We run the whole site off solar power - phone charging is available via a member of staff.

Some Reminders…

Luna Wilds is in a rural location and comes with all the expected wildlife of the area - expect pheasants, creepy crawlies as well as some slightly more rare sightings!

There is long grass so ticks may be present - please stick to the paths where possible. Ground will be uneven in places- there will be recommendations of footwear and clothing in your confirmation email!
